District 2 is currently without representation on the Powhatan County School Board.

On February 22, 2011 District 2 will hold a special election where citizens will exercise their right to vote to fill this vacant seat. As a vocal citizen of District 2, a husband, and a father of two, I am announcing my candidacy for Powhatan County School Board.
